Classroom Ace is an educational technology platform designed to enhance classroom management, student assessment, and educational communication.

Core Features: The Service includes classroom management tools, AI-powered grading, student progress tracking, parent communication, and educational analytics.

Educational Purpose: The Service is designed exclusively for educational purposes within authorized school environments.

Availability: We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect Service availability.

Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with appropriate notice to users.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts and maintain the security of their login credentials.

Account Types: Different account types (teacher, student, administrator, parent) have different access levels and responsibilities.

School Authorization: Student and parent accounts must be created through authorized school channels with proper verification.

Credentials Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account.

Content Guidelines: All user-generated content must be appropriate for educational environments and comply with school policies.

Monitoring: We may monitor Service usage to ensure compliance with these Terms and to maintain a safe educational environment.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Classroom Ace and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials on the Service are owned by or licensed to Classroom Ace.

User Content: Users retain ownership of educational content they create but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Service.

Educational Materials: Users may only upload content they have the right to use in educational contexts.

Educational Outcomes: We do not guarantee specific educational outcomes or improvements from using the Service.

Technical Issues: We are not liable for data loss, system failures, or technical problems beyond our reasonable control.

User Content: Users are responsible for their own content and communications on the Service.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Classroom Ace from any claims arising from their use of the Service.

User Responsibility: Users are responsible for their actions and content on the Service.

User Termination: Users may stop using the Service at any time.

Our Termination Rights: We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, security concerns, or other legitimate reasons.

School Termination: Schools may terminate their agreement, which affects all associated user accounts.

Data Export: Upon termination, users may request export of their data subject to technical limitations and legal requirements.

Survival: Certain provisions of these Terms survive termination, including intellectual property rights and limitation of liability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Arbitration: For disputes involving individual users, we prefer arbitration as a cost-effective resolution method.

Class Action Waiver: Users agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

Educational Institution Disputes: Schools and districts may be subject to different dispute resolution procedures based on their agreements.

Additional provisions that govern these Terms and the Service.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between users and Classroom Ace.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive our right to do so in the future.

Assignment: Users may not assign their rights under these Terms without our consent.
